Take a moment to reflect on and write about something or someone that inspired you this past week. 

Perhaps what inspired you this week was a moment of kindness you witnessed in the checkout line at the grocery store. Perhaps it was an email you received or a walk you took in nature. Either way, feel free to capture what or who inspired you this past week, through your writing, in any way that makes sense to you— whether it’s through poetry, a journal entry, a short story, etc.
