Today’s Writing Prompt: I can’t believe he said that at the town hall meeting.

Begin your writing today with the sentence: “I can’t believe he said that at the town hall meeting.”

When you write today, be sure to include a quotation of what was said, who said it, and what the response was from the group gathered at the town hall after it was said. Try to include quotes in what you write, as well as clear and interesting descriptions of various expressions and mannerisms of those people gathered at the town hall. And, most importantly, be sure to base what you write on the town or county in which you currently live.

To get inspiration for this writing prompt, visit your town or county’s website and look at the agendas they have posted for past and upcoming meetings, as well as meeting minutes for those meetings.
