Boxing Day

The day after Christmas is also known as Boxing Day to many around the globe. Traditionally, it was a day in which servants, tradespeople, and the poor were presented with gifts. But by the 21st century, it has become a day associated with shopping and sporting events. Today’s writing prompt is centered around the more traditional purpose of the holiday. Sunday Summary & Prompt: Home for the Holidays

Today’s writing prompt, Home for the Holidays, is the seventh prompt of the TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS PROMPTS on the Daily Drafts and Dialogues blog this year. But today is also Sunday. And each Sunday is a great day to reflect on the previous week while also looking forward to the week ahead.
